Online Adult Conditioning Classes

When: Wednesday mornings from 8:30-9:15am.​​

Where: Zoom. ​​

What: based on my LifeWorks Studio Teacher Training, these classes use small intentional movements and body awareness for rich rewards in functional strength and full-body connection.  And they're great fun!

​Fee: $10.00 per class, via Venmo, cash, or check.

Exploring Storytelling

Through Dance and Movement

Through DesBois Tutoring and Enrichment, singer-storyteller and actor Jack DesBois and I offer an imaginative enrichment program in which students explore the world of Aesop's Fables and create movement and dances inspired by the rich characters therein. 

​

Perfect for homeschoolers, dance and theater schools, and groups of students ages 8+.  Flexible length; we can do this program in two hours or expand it over several days.
